俄罗斯要求土耳其对迫降叙利亚客机事件作出解释。俄外交部发言人表示,对机上的17名俄罗斯公民的生命安全受到威胁感到担忧。他要求土耳其方面说明事件的原因和经过。周三,土耳其空军在安卡拉迫降了一架从莫斯科飞往大马士革的客机。在检查并没收了飞机运载的部分货物后,该客机获准继续飞行。土耳其方面表示,机上载有军事物资,但俄罗斯予以否认。另据德新社报道,周四俄总统发言人还宣布,普京取消了原定于周一访问土耳其的行程。官方的理由是与其他日程安排冲突。但俄罗斯媒体援引克里姆林宫官员称,普京不愿在与土耳其矛盾激化的情况下进行这次出访。
