欧盟内部就明年财政拨款达成妥协

欧盟议会和成员国政府解决了长达数月的争议,就明年财政开支数量达成妥协。欧盟理事会本届轮值主席国立陶宛政府周二(11月12日)早晨通报说,根据这一妥协方案,欧盟明年财政支出总额为1355亿欧元。立陶宛副财长里姆库纳斯(Algimantas Rimkunas)称,达成这一妥协对整个欧盟而言是重要的一步,加强了对经济增长、就业、创新和人道援助等领域的融资。欧盟议会和成员国政府之间还就2013年追加预算达成一致。根据追加预算方案,将从团结基金中增拨4.05亿欧元,用于救灾,其中大部分资金将批给德国,用于消除今夏洪水灾难后果。
