在中日島嶼爭端中,日本方面現在考慮公開中國軍艦用火控雷達瞄準日本船隻的證據。日本防衛大臣(Itsunori Onodera)周六(2月9日)通過電視講話指出:"政府正在評估那些證據可以用來公開。"之前,日本首相安倍要求北京方面承認曾經用火控雷達瞄準了日本部署在爭議海域的船隻。中國方面反駁了日本的說法,稱其散佈的訊息與事實不符。外交部發言人華春瑩周五在例行記者會上指出,日方艦機對在公海進行正常航行訓練的中國海軍艦艇長期進行近距離跟蹤監視,是造成中日海空安全問題的根源。日方目前的做法是"蓄意散佈虛假訊息,抹黑中國形象。"
