A mortar bomb fired from Syria landed Wednesday in southern Turkey province along the border with Syria, no casualties were reported yet, an official statement said. The mortar shell landed in a field near Hacipasa hamlet of of Altinozu town in Hatay province at 4:15 p.m. (1315 GMT) on Wednesday and was retaliated immediately by Turkish border forces, said the statement issued by Hatay Governor's Office, Turkey. Das Flugzeug habe den Luftwaffenstuetzpunkt Malatya-Erhac um 10.30 Uhr (Ortszeit) verlassen, um 11.58 Uhr sei es ueber dem Mittelmeer suedwestlich der Provinz Hatay vom Radar verschwunden. Der Gouverneur von Malatya, Ulvi Saran, sagte, es gebe keinerlei Informationen ueber den Verbleib des verschwundenen Flugzeugs oder die Piloten.
