Worker's rights at call center in Dresden not always put in practice

Germany's constitution guarantees the right to form interest groups and labor unions and to negotiate wage agreements. Even though these regulations usually function fairly well, recently fears about job losses and downward social mobility have been on the increase. Mathias Bölinger talked to call center workers in Dresden.
