Vietnam boat capsizing claims dozens, shatters families

At least 35 died Saturday in a tour boat disaster at Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site. Most on board were families from the capital, Hanoi. Rescuers raced against time but saved only a few.
