UN: 'Entire aid system has been hit by a wave of cuts'

US and European countries' cuts in foreign aid are hitting refugee camps worldwide as the number of displaced people continues to be near an all-time high. According to the United Nations, about 122 million people are displaced globally. DW spoke with Filippo Grandi, UN high commissioner for refugees, about the situation.
