Chief negotiator Christopher Hill arrived in North Korea for an unannounced visit. Upon landing in Pyongyang, Hill said he was seeking to resume the six-nation talks aimed at ending North Korea's nuclear programme. Hill's two-day visit is the first by a high-ranking US official to North Korea in five years.
