The mobile town hall that's at home in a rickshaw

How do you turn a deprived community into a thriving community? That’s the dilemma facing town planners in the London suburb of Cricklewood. It’s a run-down area with a big population, but no public spaces where people can hang out together. So they've decided to create a mobile town hall – which folds up onto the back of a rickshaw. Joanna Impey went along to see how it works.
