US President Donald Trump's 90-day freeze on aid has massively affected countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, especially in key sectors like health. Ghana and South Sudan are some of the countries that are feeling the ripple effects of the frozen aid the most. Eddy Micah Jr. talks to Naftali Mwaura Muigai, an expert on social issues in East Africa, and DW correspondent Isaac Kaledzi in Ghana.
