Making D-Day more inclusive in France

Last week, marked the 70th anniversary of D-Day and French President François Hollande paid homage to the many tens of thousands of French people killed by allied bombing during World War Two. It's part of a French idea to widen the concept of honouring those who in some way gave up their lives for the liberation of France. John Laurenson sent this Postcard.
