The 77 Percent — Questioning government expenditure

We are looking at government expenditure this week. Do we have a say on how our governments spend money? We'll hear from some of the youth in Kenya who were not happy with their government spending lots of money during the inauguration of their new President, William Ruto. We'll also hear from Malawi, where some youth talk about available legal channels to question their government's spending.
