Teaching students about female genital mutilation in London

Although female genital mutilation is most commonly performed in Africa, the issue is a lot closer to home than many people living in the western world might expect. Due to their immigrant communities, countries like the UK, France and Germany are also dealing with FGM. London schools are taking a bold and controversial step in the fight against FGM by introducing the topic into secondary schools.
