"Operation Dudula" vigilantes are blocking immigrants from accessing public healthcare in South Africa, conducting illegal ID checks at clinics. Despite arrests and government condemnation, the group continues its actions, claiming to protect national resources. Rights groups warn of a growing health crisis, as vulnerable patients are denied care, violating constitutional guarantees of healthcare for all.
