Self-help in Ireland

Ireland was the second eurozone country to receive a bailout, it has high unemployment and huge levels of personal debt are commonplace. So communities are banding together to work out ways to help themselves. In one small town an organisation calling itself the Clonakilty Favor Exchange has worked out a way to give businesses a kick start. André Leslie reports from Ireland's southern coast.
