Russia launched its largest drone attack on Ukraine, striking over 800 targets overnight. For the first time, a government building in Kyiv was hit, with plumes of smoke rising over the capital. At least two people, including a child, were killed and residents were evacuated from damaged high-rises. Ukraine responded by targeting an oil pipeline in western Russia. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy condemned the strikes as a deliberate crime, urging stronger international action.
