The changes in work processes have an impact on all areas: technical, editorial, administrative and managerial. Broadcasters can only plan and implement the digitalisation of their stations with extensive expertise. The DW Radio Training Centre offers support in this area with tailor-made courses. These aim to assist participants in recognising the possibilities and limitations of new technologies, assessing their impact on organisational structures, personnel development, programme planning and financial management and therefore achieve more security in introducing and using new technical systems.
