Qatar holds emergency summit as Israel defends Doha strike

The Emir of Qatar is urging Arab and Islamic leaders to take concrete steps to punish Israel for targeting Hamas in Doha last week, when an airstrike killed five members of the militant group. Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said during a press conference with the US secretary of state that "terrorists should not be given a haven."
