Prague fears the 'wurst' for its sausages

For almost a century Prague’s Wenceslas Square has been known for its klobasa or sausage stands, which offer emergency sustenance to the hungry and the hungover, day and night. But Wenceslas Square is undergoing a gradual process of gentrification, and as Rob Cameron reports, Prague’s sausage-lovers are fearing the wurst.
