US stance on Ukraine war 'a wake-up call for Europeans'

US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth used strong language concerning the Ukraine war, calling NATO membership "not a realistic outcome" for a peace agreement. Defense analyst Rafael Loss does not see this as a good sign for European support efforts.
