Nothing of what is happening in Gaza is 'humanitarian'

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz is reportedly planning the construction of a "humanitarian city" in Gaza, meant to house 600,000 people. Speaking to DW, Mairav Zonszein of the International Crisis Group criticizes such plans as cynical.
