A memorial was held on Friday in the New Zealand city of Christchurch, two weeks after a suspected white supremacist killed 50 people during Friday prayers at two mosques. Thousands stood in silence as the names of those shot dead were read out at a memorial service also attended by dozens of representatives of governments from around the world.
