NATO countries on track to agree massive spending increase

NATO's Secretary General says the alliance is close to agreeing a major increase in defense spending. After a meeting of defense ministers in Brussels, Mark Rutte said there is broad support for increasing spending to 5% of GDP, a key demand of the Trump administration.
