More questions than answers: Report on Air India 171 crash

The report on the crash of Air India flight 171 on June 12th raises more questions than it answers, says aviation expert Sanjay Lazar. A 2018 advisory by Boeing asked airlines to check if fuel control switch locks were disengaged, he points out.
