Marion Hütter
Business reporter and producer
Marion is a reporter who prefers being out and about rather than in the office. She has been reporting for DW for the past 20 years, both in Germany and abroad.
Her interests are as diverse as her university studies: politics, economics, and literature.
Marion's favorite journalistic topic? How the economy could continue to function while producing lower CO2 emissions. She has reported on numerous climate protection projects in Asia and Latin America and is currently working on in-depth analyses for DW's Transforming Business.
Outside of DW, Marion produced a feature-length documentary on German poetry slams (Dichter & Kämpfer, Berlinale 2012) and conducts workshops for the next generation of journalists. Marion is a graduate of the Berlin School of Journalism.
