Man behind coup attempt on Gorbachev dies in Moscow

Soviet loyalist Gennady Yanayev, who led a coup attempt against Mikhail Gorbachev in 1991, has died in Moscow. The attempt failed and paved the way for the dissolution of the Soviet Union.
