Malawi burns expired vaccine

Acting against the advice of the WHO and the African CDC, Malawi burned nearly 20,000 doses of expired AstraZeneca vaccine. Both organizations urged African countries not to destroy expired doses of COVID-19 vaccine, saying they were still safe to use.
