Launchpad: Cigarette dress designer alights pollution awareness

Flore Garcia Bour was fed up with cigarettes littering the Paris streets. So, she initiated "The Butt Challenge." The 22 year-old collected used cigarettes and sewed them into a dress which she now wears to create better awareness about pollution.
