Ireland - From Junk Status to Fragile Growth

Ireland's economy grew by 1.3 per cent in the first quarter of 2011, the strongest growth in three years. Does that mean things are looking up for the country, which had to be bailed out as recently as last autumn with international loan guarantees of 85 billion euros?
