Inside Europe - Dutch donate digitally for the homeless

An Amsterdam based ad agency has come up with an innovative new method of donating money to the homeless using a contactless payment system fitted to a winter jacket. The donation is transferred to a bank account managed by homeless shelters and can only be redeemed to buy food, a bath or a place to sleep. Hagar Jobse reports.
