Inside Europe: Could Royal Dutch Shell face trial in London?

Royal Dutch Shell is challenging two class action law suits brought against its Nigerian operating company in hearings at the high court in London. The suits were brought by 40 thousand Nigerians who accuse Shell of polluting water supplies.
