Inside Europe: corruption defeats Rome's mayor

Rome’s Mayor Ignazio Marino has handed in his letter of resignation in the wake of questions about 20 thousand euros worth of restaurant receipts. But Marino and his supporters say he’s been the victim of an orchestrated attack carried out after helping rid City Hall of corrupt officials. But it wasn’t just corrupt officials who had it in for him. Megan Williams has more from Rome.
