Inside Europe - New anti-terror legislation in Poland

New anti-terror measures are to be introduced in Poland under legislation currently before Parliament. These include 'shoot to kill' powers for the police, stepped up surveillance of foreign nationals and monitoring of web activities. The opposition says the new law will allow the authorities to tighten their grip on Polish society. From Warsaw Julian Berner reports.
