Inside Europe: Brexit and Britain's date with destiny

On June 23, the British have a date with destiny. They will be invited to make what has been billed "the most momentous political and economic decision of their lives." They get to vote in a national referendum on whether the UK should pull out of the European Union. A vote by Britain to leave would be a major setback to the 28 nation bloc.
