Mass protests have erupted across Indonesia, triggered by outrage over lawmakers' perks and rising living costs. Demonstrators demand wage increases, tax cuts, and anti-corruption reforms. Violence escalated after a viral video showed police fatally hitting a delivery driver. President Prabowo Subianto condemned the unrest and announced cuts to parliamentary allowances.
