Germany's Latest Fashion Victim

On the tennis court, former Wimbledon champion Boris Becker mostly stuck to conservative outfits, paling in comparison with more daring colleagues. But now he's revealed that he's a fashion freak at heart.

In an interview with German magazin Stern, Becker admitted that he's been a clothes horse since the age of 15.

"If you compare my wardrobe to my girlfriend's or ex-wife's, you'll see I have about twice as many clothes," the 36-year-old said. "And that's pretty hard considering the women in question."

Becker also said that he gave fashion advice to his former wife, Barbara.

"I went to stores with her and said: 'That looks good on you, that's too tight,'" he said. "Today she's got her own style of course."

Barbara Becker, photographed recently on a date with rocker Lenny Kravitz, hosted a lifestyle makeover show on German television earlier this year, giving women and their apartments complete makeovers and finding them boyfriends.

Boris Becker has also been hosting a talk show on a German sports television channel.
