Germany recruits truck drivers from West Africa

When it comes to logistics, Germany is one of Europe's leaders. More than 3 million people work to keep this sector operational in the continent's economic powerhouse. Still, Germany is facing critical shortages in the workforce, due in part to a demographic shift. To address the gap, one company has turned to recruiting overseas in West Africa.
