German Election 2025

Who will be taking a seat in the next Bundestag? On February 23, around 60 million eligible voters will be called upon to elect a new government for the next four years.

Deutsche Welle will provide detailed information on the election results in various extended editions of DW News on Sunday, February 23, 2025 from 16:00 UTC. Later that night, the well-known DW format "The Day" will keep you up to date on the outcome.

The program will be rounded out by a special edition of DW's talk show "To the Point", in which the outcome of the elections will be analyzed and discussed.
