The 57-year-old man is also believed to have tried to sell the building that houses the UN's Food and Agriculture Organization in Rome to a German businessman, the reports said on Saturday, Oct. 18.

The man was already being sought under a European warrant by German authorities for serious fraud and falsified identification papers.

In September, he caught authorities' attention when he tried to sell the businessman, who lives in the principality of Monaco, shopping centers in Rome and Milan.

Apparently an Italian real estate expert, the man has reportedly not attempted to sell any bridges in Brooklyn.
