France - The Ratings Agencies Take Stock

The debt crisis continues to grip Europe and now, even France is feeling the pressure. The Eurozone's second-largest economy is taking steps to preserve its credit standing.

French companies have become less competitive on international markets. Reform is needed, but the process has been delayed again and again - and economic growth has suffered as a result. Meanwhile, the country's debt load continues to grow. Julia Henrichmann examines the situation in France.
