Finnish fears of a new 'Winter War'

The Finnish government is reducing its army and cancelling its reserve force. That's worried many reservists who say the new slimline army couldn't defend Finland in the face of a threat. Reserve Lieutenant Pekka M. Sinisalo, part of the governing council of the populist Finns party, is one of those calling for a parallel force for national defence. He told Emma Wallis why it's important.
