The Prime Minister of Iraq says his country is in the grip of what he calls “a terrorist onslaught” from the islamist group ISIS. But the ISIS advance is also causing consternation in Europe where militants have been using the internet to recruit fighters in Britain, Germany, France, and Belgium.
