EU top diplomat: 'So far Putin and Russia do not want peace'

EU Foreign Policy Chief Kaja Kallas is travelling to the United States to discuss a prospective end to the war in Ukraine. Speaking to reporters ahead of her trip, Kallas insisted that Europe and Ukraine must be involved in a peace deal with Russia.
