Magnitsky verdict 'ruins Russia propaganda campaign' (2019)

The European Court of Human Rights has condemned Russia for how it treated the late Sergei Magnitsky, a whistleblower who died in prison in 2009. Brent Goff asked Bill Browder what the verdict means. Browder led a campaign to punish Russian officials for Magnitsky's death and lobbied the US Congress to pass the Magnitsky Act.
