Economic Crisis: Government publishes its latest predictions for 2009 and expects a 6-percent downturn

As the global economic crisis deepens, forecasts for economic performance keep getting adjusted. Here in Germany, the government is due to publish its latests predictions for 2009 on Wednesday - and it's expected to forecast a 6- percent downturn on the year.
