DRC's Bemba deserved 'significantly longer' sentence

Legal expert Mark Ellis says ex-DR Congo Vice President Jean Pierre Bemba deserved more than 18 years for war crimes and crimes against humanity. The ICC sentenced Bemba on Tuesday.
