DRC and Rwanda to sign peace deal after decades of violence

The deal is aimed at ending fighting in eastern Congo, where the UN says thousands of Rwandan troops are supporting M23 rebels. The decades-long conflict escalated in January, when rebels seized the key Congolese cities of Goma and Bukavu.
