Greenland fisherman Lars Brian Heilmann takes his boat out into the fjord of Nuuk in the dark morning as he prepares to fish black halibut. Like many of his compatriots, he has heard of Donald Trump's desire to acquire the Danish territory, but he's not letting the US president rock his boat.
"I don't think it's necessary to worry about that," Heilmann, 31, told DW. "I don't think we need someone outside the country to help us."
DW's Jack Parrock reports from Nuuk, Greenland, to speak with island residents about Trump's increased fixation on the world's largest island.
