Inside Europe - A test for Angela Merkel at the polls

German Chancellor Angela Merkel has seen her popularity slide in recent months as a result of her open door policy for refugees. Though opinion polls show support for her is rising. Her policies will be put to the test on March 13th, when three German states go to the polls. Daniel Pelz is our political correspondent in Berlin and Helen Seeney asked him if Merkel is staging a comeback.
