Bolton: Trump 'doesn't understand what NATO is'

John Bolton, national security adviser to Donald Trump during his first presidency, told DW that a hurried ceasefire deal with Russia could result in the partition of Ukraine. Bolton warned Europeans against giving Trump "permission" to leave NATO.
